Before starting at Align, I had NO experience with weightlifting in addition to having shoulder mobility issues. The coaches and staff here are SO encouraging and knowledgeable! One-on-one sessions were so helpful for getting confident with the basics!

Align Athletics has been a God-send! All of the coaches are friendly and knowledgable, and they genuinely want to see you succeed. One of my my many goals is to do a pull-up unassisted. Not only have we been working on that, but we have also been working on the fundamentals of the movement in order to piece the process and the motion together so that each area is strong. This is something I had not been taught previously. I am excited to see how I continue to improve!
