We understand that it can be intimidating to start new group classes! The foundations classes are designed to give you the education that you need, in order to confidently attend Align 60 classes. These four 60 minutes classes will each include the following:
Basic education needed to attend Align 60 Classes
Coaching on 2-3 different movements per class
A quick workout to teach different styles you may see in class
All 4 Foundations classes are a prerequisite to attend Align 60 classes OR Sign up for a one-on-one session.

A 60 minute class of reputable programing encompassing all domains of fitness, and capable of improving all fitness levels. Align 60 classes are constantly varied workouts that develop members in the areas of strength, gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, and conditioning while enjoying the encouragement of others and the skilled direction of a coach. Most classes are structured with a designated time for barbell, strength or gymnastics technique work, followed by a higher intensity timed workout.
Prerequisite: Foundations class or "Test-out" prior to first class
Monday - Friday 5am, 6am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Come in during designated "Open Gym" times to work on technique work, new skills, practice for competitions, or work on your personal goals. A certified coach will be available to help if needed.
Open Gym Schedule:
Monday - Friday 11am - 12pm
Tuesday & Thursday 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Saturday 10am - 11am
