This package is designed to give you the education you need in order to confidently attend our CrossFit Thrive classes. This package includes the following:
3x60 minute 1:1 personal training sessions
Basic overview- Our philosophy, basic movement education, etc. ( $180 value)
Nutrition Jumpstart program + free nutrition consultation with RNC ($150)
First 4 weeks of membership ($150)
Our Thrive 360 classes are a prerequisite to attend Align 60 classes whether you are a beginner or a CrossFit veteran.

ALIGN 60/ CROSSFIT
A 60 minute class of reputable programing encompassing all domains of fitness, and capable of improving all fitness levels. Align 60 classes are constantly varied workouts that develop members in the areas of strength, gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, and conditioning while enjoying the encouragement of others and the skilled direction of a coach. Most classes are structured with a designated time for barbell, strength or gymnastics technique work, followed by a higher intensity timed workout.
Prerequisite: Thrive 360
Monday - Friday 5am, 6am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
3x Week: $110
Unlimited: $150 (6 and 12 mo. agreement pricing available)

We also offer small group training for sports teams
Come in during designated "Open Gym" times to work on technique work, new skills, practice for competitions, or work on your personal goals. A certified coach will be available to help if needed.

Monday - Friday 11am - 12pm
Tuesday & Thursday 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Saturday 10am - 11am
