Level 1: This package is designed to give you the education you need in order to confidently attend our CrossFit Thrive classes. This package includes the following: ​

ALIGN 60/ CROSSFIT
A 60 minute class of reputable programing encompassing all domains of fitness, and capable of improving all fitness levels. Align 60 classes are constantly varied workouts that develop members in the areas of strength, gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, and conditioning while enjoying the encouragement of others and the skilled direction of a coach. Most classes are structured with a designated time for barbell, strength or gymnastics technique work, followed by a higher intensity timed workout.
Prerequisite: Thrive 360
Class Schedule:
Monday - Friday 5am, 6am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Saturday 9am

A short 30 min effective workout designed to keep intensity high through an effective group setting.

Tuesday & Thursday 4:30pm - 5:30pm
