ALISSA WILLIAMS

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education with minor in Coaching Education from Old Dominion University

- After swimming competitively throughout childhood, she went on to row on the ODU Women's Varsity Crew

• CF-L1 and has been coaching for 4 years

• In addition to coaching, Alissa is currently teaching high school Health and P.E. as well as weightlifting at her alma mater.

Alissa has a passion for working with youth and thoroughly enjoys leading our kids program.

JEFF YOUNG

• From Amherst County

• Discovered functional fitness in 2015 after recovering from health concerns and looking for a way to become healthier.

• Currently holds CF-L1 

Jeff started out for health benefits but has stuck around for the community. "Everyone inside the four walls of the gym are working together to reach their goals of living healthier lives. This is why I coach. I want to share in these experiences and help members reach goals".

CHRISTA ROBERTS

• From Buchanan, Virginia and grew up competing in gymnastics

• Competitive Gymnastics coach for 10+ years

• Functional Fitness coach for 5+ years

• Currently holds CF-L1

AHANU KINNEY

• Current student at Liberty University pursuing a degree in Aviation Maintenance Management

•Grew up playing a variety of sports, with hockey and soccer being the two he enjoyed the most.

- I always enjoyed training off the ice and this lead me to my current training and coaching

• CF-L1 and has been coaching for ___ years

• In addition to coaching, Ahanu also works at LU as a Construction and Renovations Technician.

"I love watching people work to achieve their fitness goals, no matter what they are. When it comes to training, I can sum up my philosophy in this one passage: Colossians 3:23-24".
